Feedback SysEx dependant on parameter value
« on: June 02, 2023, 11:25:01 PM »
Hi Alexey
I want to control my 8 track tape machine Rec Arms to mirror the state of 8 Cakewalk Rec Arm buttons.
The tape machine remote control protocol has one SysEx message to arm record ready and a different SysEx message to disarm record ready for each track.
Is there a way I can test the value of a Cakewalk Rec Arm button (either 0 or 127) to select the appropriate SysEx message?
Regards
Robert

In the monitor you can use "Value:0" / "Value:127" condition to send proper SysEx. I can make an example if you want.

Hi Alexey
Okay I see the monitor value action conditions.
Works just fine.
Thanks
