AZ Lua - How to process only selected notes?

Apparently, the Az Lua scripts process ALL the notes.
How can I make a script process ONLY SELECTED NOTES?

That is not possible, sorry.
AZ Lua is a MFX. In other words, it has no access to the interface information like "selected notes".
