PDF from Hatstand

This is wonderful!
first i thought it was just a PDF-version of the same content, but this is really written very nice!

Cheers Marko, it was my small way of giving back.
There are some additional updates I want to add (markers, deleting controls etc.) which I will do when I get some spare time in the next week or so. The ACT section is deliberately light as I don't use ACT much ( I am more of a mouse man). I did also provide an editable version so that it can be updated by other more knowledgeable people in the future and then exported to pdf which is more web friendly.
