There is a concept of "Hardware Context". You should remove them first (in Hardware Tab).

PS. I will move that topic to AZ Controller section soon.

After Detach in Hardware Tab, i have now deleted all unused Hardware Controls.

But now, i have a lot of Detached xxx Logic Control elements in Hardware Tab, which i can't delete.

How to delete unused Detached xxx Logic Control elements in Hardware Tab?

You can delete something when it has no references. To delete Logical Control you should delete all actions from it first.
