Akai APC mini preset with light for the matrixview and the step sequencer

Hi. I'm new to CbL but an expectant fan. I bought an Akai APC mini. Mainly for lighting control. But through Corona I had a lot of time at home and thought if you could use that for Cakewalk as well, like for Ableton live. It would be great if you could control the clips in the matrix view or make a rhythm in the step sequencer with it. I tried to follow the instructions, but I can't find a start. Is there a detailed description for setting and feedback of different light stages?

Unfortunately Cakewalk does not expose Matrix view at all to Control Surfaces API. So AZ Controller has no chance to help there. The same with step sequencer.
