Description: Cakewalk Preset library (in SPP format) to REAPER Preset library (in RPL format) converter.

Note: the quality is "beta", so has all planned features but it is not well tested.

Only VST[2|3](i) plug-ins are supported at the moment (DX is not supported)

For mono plug-ins specify "-l2s" option ("left to stereo"), default is stereo. If the second file name is given, RPL will be stored there.
Otherwise RPL will be in the same directory and with the same name as SPP.

That is command line utility with no localization, avoid not English characters in file names and paths.

Note you need to agree conditions in supplied LICENSE.TXT to use/store/distribute this software.
