Description: Instrument definition file for AD2 Standard mapping

Installation:
1) open Sonar preferences
2) select MIDI/Instruments
3) press "Define" button
4) press "Import..." button
5) select this file, click on "Open" button
6) select "AD2", click on "Ok" button
7) close instrument definition dialog and preferences

Use:
a) in Sonar PRV, right click on keys
b) select "Use these Note Names Instead"
c) select "AD2 Standard"
