Hello.

I wonder if there is a way to assign a single knob on the midi controller to control anything that is below the mouse pointer in a certain moment? The same way the mouse wheel works.
I have the X Touch One and wonder if I could use the scrub wheel on it for that.

To make it "directly", AZ Controller has to be modified (corresponding Action added).

But you can try with a trick (not sure it will work, depends on Cakewalk way to send keyboard presses from Surface API):
1. assign some shortcuts to mouse wheel (f.e. https://superuser.com/questions/119877/emulate-mouse-wheel-scroll-with-keyboard )
2. generate these shortcuts with Keyboard Action.

For plug-ins (FX/Synth), "ACT Speed Dial" preset is in the Tutorials board. But it is not imitating mouse.

I have uploaded b425, which can send mouse wheel. Tested in Linux/Wine + X2, let me know if it doesn't work in Win10 as expected.

An example attached. It also has the second encoder, which just generate Num+ / Num-. That should work for Cakewalk controls, but not in plug-ins.
