27.12.18 - az3: octave shift and note names are used when audition notes in the MIDI editor
9.11.18 - az2p1: F6 behavior is improved, CPU/PDC is no longer announced at wrong time
6.11.18 - az2: F6 focus plug-in window when used inside FX chain of FX floating window
28.10.18 -  az1: Filter events dialog for MIDI editor get focus once shown
