Ah, I understand now. So please use default mod, not MackieControl2.

You can ask msmcleod (Mark McLeod) on Cakewalk forum for button issues, he at least has some hardware (I do not).
You can also use this picture: http://www.azslow.com/files/mcu.png as the reference which notes original MCU buttons send.
