Portamento fix for MIDI files generated by Tyros.

Tyros indicate Portamento by putting "next note on" event before "previous note off" event. Unfortunately, with the same time stamp. And that creates problems in Sonar since it does not care either event should be first in case the time stamp is the same. As the result, no portamento when sending MIDI from Sonar back to Tyros.

Attached CAL script "fix" that by extending the duration of the first note for portamento. It does not extend other notes. Note, that all that works for Monophonic Tyros instruments only.
