Title: Sending HTTP commands

Does any one know of a plugin or method that can open a UDP and/or TCP connection and port, and send HTTP script commands from a DAW?

Which DAW? There are several existing possibilities for REAPER, but not for CbB.

HTTP is TCP based, it is not working throw UDP.
